Abstrak

Organisasi harus mengembangkan sumber daya manusia menjadi lebih produktif dan perlu membangun hubungan timbal balik yang sesuai antara organisasi dan karyawan sehingga kedua hubungan ini mencapai kepuasan. Karyawan puas pada posisi karirnya menjadi tantangan besar pihak organisasi untuk mempertahankan dan meningkatkannya dengan membangun persepsi dukungan organisasional pada karyawan serta membantu meningkatkan efikasi diri dan keterikatan kerja mereka. Karyawan puas pada posisi jabatan yang dimiliki dapat menghasilkan kinerja terbaik yang membawa perusahaan pada kesuksesan dan tetap dapat bertahan pada persaingan. Untuk itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini ingin mengetahui apakah ada keterkaitan antara seluruh variabel yang peneliti asumsikan seperti persepsi dukungan organisasional, efikasi diri dan keterikatan kerja dapat meningkatkan karyawan pada industri manufacture. Penelitian ini dilakukan dibulan Jani 2022 – Juli 2022 dengan 120 responden menggunakan purposive sampling yaitu dengan kriteria karyawan tetap yang telah menduduki status jabatan sebagai karir dalam pekerjaan dan telah ditekuni selama minimal 2 tahun. Peneliti menggunakan metode analisis structural equation model (SEM) untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian ini. Kesimpulan penelitian ini yaitu peran variabel persepsi dukungan organisasional masing-masing memiliki pengaruh terhadap efikasi diri, keterikatan kerja dan kepuasan karir. Selanjutnya, terdapat pengaruh langsung antara efikasi diri terhadap keterikatan kerja dan keterikatan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan karir. Namun dalam penelitian ini tidak ditemukan pengaruh langsung  antara efikasi diri terhadap kepuasan karir.
