The phenomenon underlying this study is the discovery of employees with suboptimal work performance levels. In this study the author used quantitative research. The population in this study was 65 employees. In this study the author used the sampling technique used in this study was total sampling. With the total sampling technique, a sample of 65 employees was taken at the commodity futures legislation bureau with warehouse receipt system and commodity auction market BAPPEBTI. Data were collected using a closed questionnaire with a Likert scale, and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS program version 20. The results of the study showed that partially and simultaneously, the influence of training and work quality had a positive and significant effect on work performance. The research problem is motivated by the importance of human resource readiness in facing changes in the supervisory system, regulations, and inter-agency working mechanisms that have the potential to affect the effectiveness of financial sector supervision. This study uses a quantitative method with an associative approach. Data collection was conducted by distributing questionnaires to employees related to the supervision process of financial derivative products and the foreign exchange market. Data analysis techniques used validity tests, reliability tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-tests, F-tests, and coefficients of determination. The results show that employee competency and organizational adaptability have a positive and significant effect on human resource readiness, both partially and simultaneously. This finding indicates that improving employee capabilities, organizational support, and the ability to adapt to policy changes are important factors in supporting the success of the supervisory transition process. The problem in this study stems from the obstacles still found in the dispute resolution process, such as slow case handling, less than optimal employee understanding of regulations, and the less than optimal implementation of leadership that can drive improved organizational performance. This study uses quantitative methods with a descriptive and associative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents involved in the dispute resolution process in the commodity futures trading environment. Data analysis used validity and reliability tests, multiple linear regression, t-tests, F-tests, and coefficients of determination. The results of the study indicate that employee competence and transformational leadership have a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of dispute resolution, both partially and simultaneously. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 89 tenaga kesehatan yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya menggunakan SPSS Versi 27. Uji hipotesis dilakukan melalui analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Perlindungan Hak Pekerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja dengan nilai t hitung 3,302 &gt; t tabel 1,988 dan signifikansi 0,001; (2) Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja dengan nilai t hitung 3,141 &gt; t tabel 1,988 dan signifikansi 0,002; (3) Perlindungan Hak Pekerja dan Kompensasi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja dengan nilai F hitung 19,271 &gt; F tabel 3,10 dan signifikansi 0,000. Nilai R Square sebesar 0,309 menunjukkan bahwa 30,9% variasi Kepuasan Kerja dijelaskan oleh kedua variabel tersebut. This article examines how productive agricultural waqf can serve as an alternative financing mechanism that integrates CBD principles with government support (Community Initiatives Government Support) and community empowerment governance within a regional unit. The case study is the Premium Melon Greenhouse Cluster project in Gunungkidul Waqf City, Yogyakarta Special Region. Using a descriptive qualitative approach with actor ecosystem analysis, this study demonstrates that the project successfully integrates community governance: nazhir, sharia crowdfunding through the Satu Wakaf Marketplace platform, and government regulatory support in Gunungkidul Regency. The utilization of Village Funds, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) combined with productive waqf can create a blended finance model that integrates stakeholders. The problem in this study is based on the ongoing obstacles in achieving employee work targets, which are influenced by the level of discipline and the effectiveness of cooperation between employees in carrying out their duties. This study uses a quantitative method with an associative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires to employees who served as research respondents. Data were analyzed using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-tests, F-tests, and coefficients of determination. The results of the study indicate that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and cooperation also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, work discipline and cooperation contribute significantly to improving employee performance. Pertumbuhan penduduk yang semakin meningkat ini akan berbanding lurus dengan peningkatan konsumsi masyarakat. Pengeluaran konsumsi suatu negara akan sangat besar jika jumlah penduduknya bertambah maka tingkat kebutuhan yang diperlukan bertambah seiring dengan pertambahan jumlah penduduk. Selain itu juga jumlah penduduk dan barang konsumsi merupakan bagian penting dalam menentukan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan menggunakan analisis kuantitatif deskriptif dengan alat analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara parsial jumlah penduduk berpengaruh tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap jumlah barang konsumsi di Indonesia yang ditunjukan dengan nilai sebesar 1,501 lebih kecil dari &nbsp;sebesar 1,729 dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,150 lebih besar dari alpha 0,05. Hasil kedua menunjukan bahwa secara parsial bahan makanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap jumlah barang konsumsi di Indonesia yang ditunjukan dengan nilai sebesar 12,568 lebih besar dari &nbsp;sebesar 1,729 dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil dari alpha 0,05. Hasil ketiga menunjukan bahwa secara parsial PDB berpengaruh tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap jumlah barang konsumsi di Indonesia yang ditunjukan dengan nilai sebesar -0,668 lebih kecil dari &nbsp;sebesar 1,729 dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,512 lebih besar dari alpha 0,05. The problem in this study is motivated by the importance of improving human resource competence in facing the increasingly competitive commodity futures trading industry and the need for professionals with competency certification according to industry standards. The research method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive and verification approach. Data collection was conducted by distributing questionnaires to prospective futures broker representatives who participated in the training and competency certification program. Data analysis techniques used multiple linear regression analysis and path analysis to determine the direct and indirect effects between research variables. The results of the study indicate that the quality of training and organizational support have a positive and significant effect on the competence of prospective futures broker representatives. In addition, the existence of a Professional Certification Institute has been proven to strengthen the relationship between training quality and organizational support on improving participant competence. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Laporan Keuangan Pemerintah Daerah (LKPD), Laporan Hasil Pemeriksaan Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan (BPK), dan laporan realisasi Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah (APBD). Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan analisis jalur (<em>path analysis</em>) untuk menguji pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung antarvariabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan akuntansi pemerintahan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas pengelolaan keuangan daerah. Namun, penerapan akuntansi pemerintahan tidak berpengaruh signifikan secara langsung terhadap kemandirian keuangan daerah. Efektivitas pengelolaan keuangan daerah terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kemandirian keuangan daerah serta mampu memediasi pengaruh penerapan akuntansi pemerintahan terhadap kemandirian keuangan daerah. The phenomenon underlying this study is the discovery of employees with a suboptimal level of organizational commitment. In this study, the author used quantitative research. The population in this study was 145 employees. In this study, the author used a sampling technique using the Slovin formula for 59 employees. Data were collected using a closed questionnaire with a Likert scale, and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS program version 20. The results of the study indicate that partially and simultaneously, the influence of leadership style and job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee organizational commitment. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis upaya peningkatan kinerja karyawan pada UMKM pengolahan hasil perikanan di Kabupaten Pinrang. Penelitian menggunakan metode studi literatur dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik analisis data dilakukan melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, interpretasi data, dan penarikan kesimpulan secara sistematis. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif dan asosiatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesejahteraan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja anggota dengan nilai thitung sebesar 7,425 &gt; ttabel 1,996. Kualitas SDM juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja anggota dengan nilai thitung sebesar 9,625 &gt; ttabel 1,996. Secara simultan, kesejahteraan dan kualitas SDM berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja anggota dengan nilai Fhitung sebesar 285,298 &gt; Ftabel 2,74 dan tingkat signifikansi 0,000 &lt; 0,05. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,901 menunjukkan bahwa 90,1% variasi kinerja anggota dipengaruhi oleh kesejahteraan dan kualitas SDM, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi faktor lain di luar penelitian. Kepuasan masyarakat dipandang sebagai indikator utama keberhasilan pelayanan publik, khususnya pada institusi penegak hukum yang memiliki peran strategis dalam memberikan kepastian hukum dan membangun kepercayaan publik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei eksplanatori. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 84 responden yang merupakan masyarakat pengguna layanan Bareskrim Polri. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner terstruktur dan dianalisis menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, serta analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 27. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kecepatan layanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat. Kualitas komunikasi juga terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat. Secara simultan, kecepatan layanan dan kualitas komunikasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat pada pelayanan Bareskrim Polri. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,823 menunjukkan bahwa sebesar 82,3% variasi kepuasan masyarakat dapat dijelaskan oleh kecepatan layanan dan kualitas komunikasi, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 17,7% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar model penelitian. Temuan penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa pelayanan publik yang cepat dan didukung oleh komunikasi yang jelas, ramah, serta empatik mampu meningkatkan kepuasan masyarakat secara signifikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis strategi pemasaran dan branding pada Bandrek Jahe Merah Andaliman Ilham, serta mengidentifikasi peluang pengembangannya. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus, melalui wawancara mendalam dengan pemilik usaha dan observasi langsung. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa usaha ini menerapkan strategi branding dengan memposisikan produk sebagai minuman tradisional premium khas Sumatera Utara, mengusung identitas merek yang mencerminkan lokalitas, serta menggunakan kemasan cup modern dengan warna hangat dan sentuhan etnik. Human resources play a crucial role in achieving organizational goals, particularly in public sector institutions where performance issues are still frequently encountered. Competence and work motivation are considered key factors affecting employee performance. This research employs a quantitative approach using survey methods, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to Polsuspas members. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS, including classical assumption tests and hypothesis testing. The results indicate that competence and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. The coefficient of determination shows that 96.7% of performance variation can be explained by competence and motivation variables, while the remaining 3.3% is influenced by other factors. Furthermore, work motivation is found to have a more dominant influence compared to competence. In conclusion, improving employee performance requires strengthening both competence and work motivation. Meskipun banyak Penelitian menunjukkan hubungan positif antara sistem informasi SDM dan kinerja, belum banyak yang mengintegrasikan pendekatan multidisipliner yang menggabungkan aspek teknis dan manajerial secara empiris di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh penggunaan dan kualitas Sistem Informasi Sumber Daya Manusia (SISDM) terhadap kinerja karyawan di organisasi Indonesia, dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan model Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS). Sampel terdiri dari 350 karyawan dari berbagai sektor organisasi, yang diambil melalui stratified random sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang mengukur variabel kualitas SISDM, tingkat adopsi, kepuasan pengguna, dan kinerja karyawan, serta dianalisis menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, dan pengujian model struktural. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kualitas SISDM secara signifikan mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan (β = 0,45, p &lt; 0,001), dengan pengaruh mediasi melalui tingkat adopsi dan kepuasan pengguna. Secara khusus, peningkatan kualitas fitur sistem dan integrasi data meningkatkan efisiensi proses SDM dan motivasi kerja, yang berdampak positif terhadap kinerja individu dan tim. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa implementasi SISDM yang berkualitas tinggi dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan secara signifikan di Indonesia.
