PENGEMBANGAN APLIKASI WEB UNTUK MANAJEMEN OPERASIONAL USAHA MIKRO

Abstrak

This research aims to develop a web-based application that can manage the operations of a micro-business, using the case study of the Dapur Dubasta Store. This micro-business faces various challenges in manual transaction processing, inventory control, and financial management, which have the potential to reduce operational efficiency and accuracy. The developed application aims to facilitate and accelerate these operational processes. The application was developed using web-based technology with the Waterfall method as a software development approach. PHP is used as the programming language, while the Bootstrap framework is applied for user interface design, and PhpMyAdmin is used as the database system to ensure optimal performance. The developed system supports real-time access, allowing business owners and employees to manage business operations efficiently using various devices. The Waterfall method is applied in several phases, which include needs analysis, system design, coding, and system testing. The result of this research is a web application that allows the owner of the Dapur Dubasta Store to manage inventory, record transactions, and maintain financial records more accurately and efficiently. The application also provides features for inventory management, daily financial reporting, and supports more informed decision-making based on available data, thereby improving the operational efficiency of the micro-business.
