PENGARUH DUKUNGAN ORGANISASI YANG DIRASAKAN PADA HUBUNGAN PRAKTIK SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA DAN KINERJA KARYAWAN PABRIK SEPATU DI TANGERANG

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi hubungan antara HR Practices, Job Satisfaction, Perceived Organizational Support dan Employee Job Performance pada staff karyawan tetap pabrik sepatu. Penelitian ini dilakukan di daerah Tangerang pada bulan Februari 2022 sampai Maret 2022. Proses pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebar kuisioner secara online dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling untuk menentukan responden. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 215 karyawan pabrik sepatu. Data yang diperoleh dianalisa dengan menggunakan metode structural equation model (SEM). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan pengaruh HR Practices terhadap job satisfaction dan perceived organizational support, tetapi tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap employee job performance. Sedangkan job satisfaction dan perceived organizational support memiliki pengaruh terhadap employee job performance. Berdasarkan analisis mediasi ditemukan bahwa HR practices berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui job satisfaction dan perceived organizational support.
