Abstrak

Manual recruitment at PT ABC, an information technology company in South Jakarta, has caused inefficient human resource work, delays in candidate selection, poor storage of applicant data, and the risk of wasted time and cost due to inaccurate hiring decisions. This study aims to design and implement a web-based employee recruitment system that improves the efficiency, structure, and transparency of the recruitment process, from application submission, interview scheduling, competency assessment, and negotiation to the management of offering letters and employment contracts. The system was developed with the Agile Scrum method through iterative sprints consisting of requirements analysis, sprint planning, system design, implementation, testing, and evaluation, using the Laravel 10 framework, Blade templates, CSS, JavaScript, and a PostgreSQL database. The result is an applicant tracking system with fourteen functional pages and role-based access for HR and administrative staff, including hybrid online and onsite applications through QR codes. Black box testing of six main features produced a success rate of 83.33 percent, with the interview notification broadcast being the only failing feature. Stakeholder evaluation confirmed that applicant tracking works well, while the interface, remaining bugs, and feature completeness still require improvement. The system provides a solid foundation for digitalizing recruitment at PT ABC
